Step 1: Reach out

Start by reaching out with your product preferences - item, size, scent, and quantity. We’ll confirm the details, reserve your place in our production schedule, and take care of the rest.

Step 2: Design

Provide your logo or artwork, or let us create a custom design for your brand. We’ll prepare a label and packaging mock-up for your review and approval before production begins.

Once approved, we get to work hand-pouring your candles, printing your labels, and packaging everything with care. Every detail is crafted in-house.

Step 3: Production

Step 4: Delivery

We offer a personalised service - we come to you or you can come create your bespoke fragrance with me in the studio.
Custom candles with branded labels are typically ready within two to three weeks. As we head closer to Christmas there might be delays out of our control due to stock delivery.
